Annual Association Assessments

 

 

Homeowner assessments are billed to homeowners annually, payment is due no later than March 31st of each year.  Invoices are mailed no less than 30 days in advance of the due date. The 2012 annual assessment is $174.90. The owners voted in April 2011 not to increase the assessment amount and as such the 2012 annual assessment will be $174.90. Please make every effort to inform the Board if your address changes so your invoice will be mailed to the correct location.

Seminole Landing/Donovan Landing dues are relatively low because we do not use a paid management company.  Seminole Landing residents manage all aspects of the association. Landscaping maintenance, road repair, dock management, and other necessary services are contracted to local companies. 

 

However, everything else, including financials, managing CCR's, architecture review, newsletters, and board members, are all fulfilled by owners.  Financial management is conservative and our treasurer, along with the Board of Directors, is very diligent in keeping costs under control.
