Homeowner assessments are billed to homeowners annually, payment is due no later than March 31st of each year. Letters sent with the invoice indicate the actual due date of the assessments. Currently our annual dues are $172.00 per lot.

Seminole Landing dues are relatively low because we do not use a paid management company.  Seminole Landing residents manage all aspects of the association. Landscaping maintenance, road repair, dock management, and other necessary services are contracted to local companies. 

However, everything else, including financials, managing CCR's, architecture review, newsletters, and board members, are all fulfilled by owners.  Financial management is conservative and our treasurer, along with the board of directors, is very diligent in keeping costs under control.
