Subject:  2007 Annual Dues Assessment

Please remit the sum of $172.00 for each Lot you own.  Payment is due no later than March 31, 2007.  Make check payable to SLOA and mail to:

                        Seminole, AL  36574

Please ensure that the payment check is only for the annual dues assessment ($172.00) and does not include any other assessment monies. 

Your payment check should identify the Block and Lot Number(s) for each Lot that is included in the check amount. 

A collection process for delinquent dues will begin on April 1, 2007.  Late Fees, Interest, and Legal Costs will be applicable to all payments received after the March 31, 2007 due date.  Please note that all owners have now paid all annual dues, for all previous years.
