Seminole Landing Owner’s Association – Board Meeting

• Meeting is called to order at @ 7:10pm.  Members present Linda Westenfelder, Dave Westenfelder, Roger Marchman, Anna Toler, Dave Brown, Jeanie Bettcher and Lisa Salasek. 

• We will reprint agendas with the new date.

• Found out from the attorney that only need to file the lien one time, instead of a new one for each occurance.  He stated that the original can compound the new dues and fees owed.

• The Nine Mile Road branch of RBC Bank is closing.  The representative that SLOA works with is moving to their Cantonment branch.  Roger Marchman motions that we move the accounts to the Cantonment branch, rather than an Alabama branch with a new representative.  Lisa Salasek seconds and the motion passes.

• The special meeting is this Saturday, October 31st.  Please meet at Seminole Baptist Church at 8am for set up.

• Lisa Salasek motions to adjourn the meeting.  Linda Westenfelder seconds and the motion passes.
