OLD BUSINESS
West
Entrance Repair/Improvement
Sod was laid
today. We should be totally
finished with this improvement my 3-12-10.
Again, we had a great number of volunteers to help.
Sweetwater Loop
Pond Aerator / Rick
Rick
attended a pond committee meeting at Tommy Taylor’s home last week.
It was determined that for our application we will need a ½ horse power
aerator and will cost $1800. The
aerator has a GFCI (ground fault interrupter circuit breaker), which will make
it safe.
Covenant/By-Law Amendment
Scott
presented a rough draft of the proposed amendment to the covenants.
It was discussed at length by the board.
Scott will take everyone’s input and rewrite amendment then the board
will discuss.
NEW
BUSINESS
Water Meters
John looked
at the cost to the association for three water meters that are not being used.
He also inquired with EBC the cost of turning the meters off and the
reconnection fee if we needed them again.
The cost to turn them off was $37.00, to turn them back on was
$37.00.
John will check with Al to make sure they are not being used and will
double check with the EBC the cost of turning them off and then on if needed.
He will report back to the board on his findings.
John
motioned to adjourn the meeting. The
motion was seconded and carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
