Board Meeting – March 16, 2010

SLOA MEMBERS PRESENT:  N/A

The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.  The purpose of this meeting is to review the amendment to the covenants.

OLD BUSINESS

Covenant/By-Law Amendment

Scott presented a rough draft of the proposed amendment to the covenants.  It was discussed at length by the board.  Dennis made the motion to have covenant amendment reviewed by legal council.  The motion was seconded and carried.

The Board will reconvene when Scott has amendment change reviewed by legal council to hear outcome.

NEW BUSINESS

Dora was approached by a homeowner concerning the road sign at Donovan Drive and Riverlake Road not being visible.  It was discussed by the board and decided that it was not in the proper location and will be relocated closer to road intersection.  Reflective tape will be put on the pole so that the sign will be more visible.  Dennis made a motion that the sign be moved and reflective tape be applied.  The motion was seconded and carried.

Jeanie made the motion to adjourn the meeting.   The motion was seconded and carried.  The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
