Seminole Landing Owner’s Association – Board
Meeting
- Meeting
is called to order at 7:10pm. Members present Linda Westenfelder, Dave
Westenfelder, Roger Marchman, Dennis Williams, Dave Brown, Jeanie Bettcher and
Lisa Salasek.
- Voting
to took place to elect board positions and resulted as follows:
President -
Linda Westenfelder
Vice President -
Jeanie Bettcher
Treasurer -
Roger Marchman
Secretary -
Lisa Salasek
- Linda
motioned to remove Jim Craft and Matt White from the signature card for the
bank accounts since they are no longer board members and add Jeanie Bettcher.
Lisa Salasek seconds and the motion passes.
- Linda
and Dave will be meeting with the attorney on Thursday 12/4/08 to get
paperwork together to claim the deeds for the common areas from Novanod.

Discussion about the yearly dues letter being sent in February so there is
plenty of notice of due date.
- Dennis
recommended we start a garden club to help with the common areas. Also a
computer club where people could meet to tutor each other in areas that they
would like to learn more.
- We did
receive recommendation on the ponds in June 08. We will address the
maintenance issues in the spring. Mike Weber has been running the well to
help maintain Sweetwater Pond, but we need to look at Erin Pond.
- Bills
to be paid: Dennis Williams motions to pay. Linda Westenfelder seconds and
the motion passes.

next meeting is scheduled for Monday January 12, 2009 at Jeanie Bettchers
house at 7pm.
