Seminole Landing Owners Association – Board
Meeting
· Meeting
is called to order at 7:05pm. Members present Linda Westenfelder, Dave
Westenfelder, Bob Bremser, Jim Craft, Matt White, Roger Marchman, Mike Weber and
Lisa Salasek.
· Certified
letters were sent for the 24 lots that are past due. All but 11 have now paid
and Linda met with an attorney and sent the required information to file liens
on the properties.
· Linda
Westenfelder motions to obtain the 2006 deposit tickets from the bank to help
reconcile the books. There could be a charge of $50-$70 for these items. Bob
Bremser seconds and the motion passes.
· We
are back to square one in the search for an engineer and the ditch repairs. The
most recent engineer tried to charge us for the same AutoCAD drawings that we
provided to him with no new information. Discussion around the repairs…. Do we
need an engineer? Need to contact Rick Wilson; he just had his ditch done last
year. Do we still have a contact at Thompson engineering?
· Annual
meeting for this Saturday will be in the back auditorium. We will have access at
8am for set up. The congregation is supplying refreshments and a microphone
will be provided.
· Jeannie
Bettcher has volunteered to run for the board.
· We
need to bring up the idea of adding more lights to the neighborhood. We have
many dark areas.
