We were unable to hold our annual meeting on April 28, 2012 because only 91 Members, Ballot/Proxy's were represented. We must have 110 members represented in person or by ballot/proxy in order to have a quorum.

A New Meeting will have to be Scheduled.

Welcome

Our Seminole Landing community is located in Seminole, Alabama.  With over 200 homes we serve as bedroom community for both Pensacola, Florida and Greater Mobile, Alabama.  It is a delightful neighborhood located on The Styx River with beautiful ponds and majestic woods. 

The purpose of this site is to provide homeowners of our community with easy access to our association and information relevant to our neighborhood and community.

Our Mission: 

The primary purpose of the association is to maintain the community and protect the property rights and value of our homeowners and to promote the social welfare and public safety of all.
